10 Minute Solution for WiiTM puts a new spin on the tried and true 10 Minute Solution DVD series. 10 Minute Solution, the videogame, lets users customize their workout in ten minute blocks while getting feedback and tracking progress. The workouts consist of the user’s choice of cardio boxing, mixed games, and step aerobics at varying levels of difficulty. The game also offers health and wellness tips from renowned fitness spokeswoman Jessica Smith. Nine of the workouts are compatible with the Wii Balance BoardTM, but the game does not require the board for play.
